An unnamed fisherman who was enjoying his time at the popular St. Johns County Pier in St. Augustine, Florida, reported a wild catch to County police deputies.
Records show that 22-year-old Alexandria Turner deliberately bit the lure on the end of the fishing line and began swimming away with it. The woman, who appeared obviously intoxicated, began cursing at the fisherman.
The man was concerned about the pole he had rented and called authorities to the scene. When police instructed Turner to come out of the water and into the pier’s office where the man had rented the fishing pole, Turner became belligerent and yelled expletives while repeatedly declaring she was naked.
Turner was arrested on suspicion of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence.
